Job summary

Marktlink Rotterdam seeks an M&A Senior Associate with several years of experience in the SME market. You will take ownership of significant parts of the transaction process from start to finish and work independently from day one.

You will perform company and market analyses, prepare valuations and bid books, meet buyers and sellers, expand the network, prepare financing applications, and support the manager on projects. Dutch and English required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or a finance-oriented Masters.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience as M&A analyst, associate or consultant.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build personal relationships.
• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Performing company and market analyses.

• Expanding and maintaining the Marktlink network.
