Job summary

Everience, an international consulting group, seeks a Senior Programme Manager - Loyalty to lead the next growth phase of the client’s loyalty program in a cross-functional setting. You will connect Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Data and IT to drive measurable customer value and loyalty.

You will steer the strategic direction, identify opportunities, build business cases and align stakeholders across the organisation for ongoing impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in loyalty, CRM, or customer value management.
• Experience building or transforming loyalty programmes.
• Strong marketing and commercial background.
• Proven programme management in complex organisations.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with business cases and roadmaps.
• Analytical and data-driven with KPI management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the multi-year vision and roadmap.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and loyalty propositions.
• Connect senior management, Marketing, Commercial, Digital and IT around a shared ambition.
• Develop business cases and advise on investments and strategic priorities.
• Drive KPIs such as churn, customer engagement, customer value and programme adoption.
• Build support and commitment among senior stakeholders and management.
• Initiate and lead organisation-wide improvements supporting their growth.
• Act as the strategic and business owner towards the agile development team.
