Job summary

P3 Parks is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the Dutch logistics portfolio, ensuring efficient operations, cost discipline and high tenant satisfaction. You will coordinate external managers, manage budgets, and lead internal process improvements to support asset strategies.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years of real estate asset management experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and hands-on experience with tools like Yardi and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience managing commercial or logistics real estate assets.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with property management tools (e.g. Yardi, Tableau).
• Strong financial and analytical skills with budgets and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external property managers to ensure service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dutch portfolio with external PMs.
• Review operating budgets, service charges, and tenant recoveries.
• Manage tenant relationships and support leasing with high retention.
• Lead or support internalization of property management activities and systems.
• Coordinate capex projects and building improvements.
• Support ESG initiatives, compliance and data reporting.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Leasing, Development and Finance.
