• Dependable and able to work independently.
• SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Administrative processing of shipments in SAP.
• Processing returns, complaints, and shipping discrepancies.
• Preparing and managing import and export documentation.
• Communication with carriers, the warehouse, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and develop methods and processes to drive improvements where necessary.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that can impact the customer.
