Job summary

Sia is a global management consulting group specializing in data-driven transformation for Life Sciences. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end process optimization and digitization initiatives, bridging business and IT to deliver measurable impact for international clients.

You will work on multidisciplinary teams across Europe, notably in the Netherlands, contributing to improvements in MES, ERP, LIMS, and QMS systems while guiding clients through digital strategies and operational

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc level degree.
• 5–7 years in process optimization and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in BPMN and tools Adonis or Aris.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus.
• Experience in Life Sciences and MES/ERP/LIMS/QMS preferred.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, and implement processes using GRIPP methodology.
• Independently lead complex projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN tools.
• Draw up product breakdowns for large-scale, long-term projects with budgets from 3 to 50 million euros.
• Advising clients on digital transformation and best practices.
• Providing training and coaching teams to successfully implement new processes.
