Job summary
Sia in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences who will drive optimization and digitization of production and quality processes for leading global clients.
You will lead cross-functional teams, translate strategic goals into actionable projects, and collaborate with business and IT to deliver measurable value.
This role offers international exposure, challenging assignments, and the freedom to work from home or at client sites, with a homeworking allowance.
Qualifications
- BSc or MSc level education in a relevant field.
- 5-7 years in process optimization and digital transformation.
- Proficient in BPMN and tools such as Adonis or Aris.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge; Green/Black Belt a plus.
- Experience in Life Sciences with MES/ERP/LIMS/QMS is preferred.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design and implementation of processes using GRIPP.
- Independently lead complex projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Model and optimize business processes using BPMN.
- Draw up product breakdowns for large-scale projects (3–50 million euros).
- Advise clients on digital transformation and best practices.
- Provide training and coaching teams to implement new processes.
