Job summary

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group that helps clients transform through data-driven strategy and process excellence. As a Process Consultant, you will lead end-to-end process initiatives, bridging operations, IT, and people, while guiding project teams through requirements, design, and implementation.

You will work with clients and internal teams to specify, analyze, design, and implement processes, mentoring 1-2 analysts, and shaping large-scale projects with budgets

• Strong analytical skills with results orientation.
• Ability to improve business processes with eye for operational and strategic goals.
• Excellent collaboration and clear communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Apply our methodology to specify, analyze, design, and implement business processes.
• Independently lead projects and provide guidance to teams of professionals.
• Translate complex structures into understandable working methods and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Develop product breakdowns for large-scale projects (3 to 50 million euros).
• Model processes using BPM tools and perform simulations for optimization.
• Advise clients on best practices in process design and digital transformation.
• Provide training and support to users for new processes.
