Job summary

Picnic Technologies is seeking an experienced technician for our new Fulfilment Center in Dordrecht/Ridderkerk. You’ll maintain and service cutting-edge intralogistics systems from Apollo, Qimarox, and Regal Rexnord, and coach junior colleagues to keep tens of thousands of orders flowing.

The role operates in a 24/7 environment with a 5-shift rotation. You’ll identify and fix electrical and mechanical faults, collaborate with machine suppliers, and implement preventive maintenance to maximize

Qualifications

• MBO level 3+ technical degree required.
• 2–3 years in a technical/maintenance role.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and Measurement tools.
• Familiarity with CMMS and SCADA systems preferred.
• VCA training and NEN 3140 are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Independent, initiative-taking problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults with supervision.
• Collaborate with machine suppliers to resolve issues.
• Analyze recurring problems and implement improvements.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance.
• Drive continuous optimization for smarter, more efficient systems.
