Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Fulfilment Center in Dordrecht/Ridderkerk. You will independently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, coach technicians on shift, and drive improvements to keep automated processes running smoothly.

You own uptime of automated systems, manage supplier relationships, and lead preventive maintenance and continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance, an MBO level 3+ diploma, and knowledge of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or technical services.
• Technical diploma at MBO level 3 or higher.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including measurement systems, camera systems, and control technology.
• Leadership ambitions and coaching skills to develop the team and promote knowledge sharing.
• Experience with CMMS or EAM systems; knowledge of IC/SCADA tools is a plus.

Job description

As aSenior Maintenance Technician at our Fulfilment Center in Dordrecht/Ridderkerk, you are a key part of the maintenance team. You independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, coach and support fellow technicians during their shifts, and take the lead in improving and optimizing our systems.

You take full ownership of the uptime of our automated processes, drive structural improvements, and ensure everything continues to run smoothly. Your experience, knowledge, and initiative make a real difference to the team and to the tens of thousands of orders that need to reach our customers on time every day.

Your responsibilities

Lead & coach:Support, guide, and coach your team during the shift while ensuring a safe and well-structured working environment.

About you

You have a technical diploma at MBO level 3 or higher.

You have practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including measurement systems, camera systems, and control technology.

You have leadership ambitions and are eager to further develop your coaching skills, bringing out the best in your team and encouraging knowledge sharing.

You have experience with CMMS or EAM systems; knowledge of IC/SCADA tools is a plus.
