Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Fulfilment Center in Dordrecht/Ridderkerk. You will independently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, coach technicians on shift, and drive improvements to keep automated processes running smoothly.

You own uptime of automated systems, manage supplier relationships, and lead preventive maintenance and continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance, an MBO level 3+ diploma, and knowledge of

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in maintenance or technical services.
Technical diploma at MBO level 3 or higher.
Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including measurement systems, camera systems, and control technology.
Leadership ambitions and coaching skills to develop the team and promote knowledge sharing.
Experience with CMMS or EAM systems; knowledge of IC/SCADA tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead & coach: Support, guide, and coach your team during the shift while ensuring a safe and well-structured working environment.
Analyze & resolve breakdowns: Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues in collaboration with colleagues and suppliers.
Manage supplier relationships: Work closely with machine suppliers’ service desks to resolve highly complex technical issues.
Preventive maintenance: Plan and perform preventive maintenance to maximize system availability.
Drive continuous improvement: Initiate improvement projects and implement technical optimizations for our automated systems.
