Job summary

Business Sweden in The Hague seeks a Senior Consultant to advise Swedish and international clients on market entry, growth strategies and M&A support. You will lead consulting projects, manage multi-stakeholder relationships and drive business development across the Netherlands and Europe.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in English and Dutch, and a track record in international business environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or similar advisory environment.
• Proven experience leading client projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience delivering consulting and advisory assignments and supporting sales/business development.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in international business environments.
• Professional proficiency in English & Dutch; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Business Sweden as a trusted advisor in the Netherlands and Europe.
• Lead and deliver consulting and advisory projects across market entry, growth strategy, business development, and M&A support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Manage project teams with structured project management and actionable recommendations.
• Support sales activities and proposal development with Country Manager and Europe-based colleagues.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to a strong Benelux commercial pipeline.
• Collaborate with Europe-wide and global teams to deliver cross-border value.
