The role requires deep expertise in RPA, Generative AI, and cloud-based AI services, with a focus on governance, security, and continuous innovation. You will guide stakeholders and establish best practices for responsible AI usage while driving digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of expertise in automation technologies including RPA and low-code platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering with AI-driven solutions.
• Proven experience with cloud-based architectures and AI services (Azure).
• Team-building and mentorship skills with leadership of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the intelligent automation strategy aligned with business goals and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Intelligent Automation team, mentoring members and establishing best practices.
• Oversee the design and implementation of automation solutions for scalable, secure outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal business units to translate requirements into practical automation solutions.
• Act as SME on intelligent automation tools and trends and evaluate new AI technologies.
• Establish governance and standards for automation projects including risk management.
• Champion continuous improvement and drive refinements through proofs-of-concept.
