Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands seeks an Intelligent Automation Architect to define vision and strategy for automation, driving personal productivity and end-to-end process improvements. You will lead the automation team, mentor talent, and ensure scalable, secure solutions using RPA, AI, and low-code tools.

Responsibilities include governance, responsible AI guidelines, and ongoing innovation across Deloitte’s internal operations, with a focus on eliminating inefficiencies and delivering measurable gains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automation technology experience including RPA and low-code platforms.
• Strong Generative AI knowledge and prompt engineering experience.
• Cloud-based architectures and AI services experience (Azure).
• Team leadership and mentorship of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the intelligent automation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and develop the Intelligent Automation team and mentor members.
• Oversee design and implementation of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with internal units to identify automation opportunities.
• Act as SME on automation tools and emerging AI technologies.
• Establish governance and standards for automation projects.
• Champion continuous improvement and monitor automation performance.
