Job summary

Van Oord in the Netherlands seeks a Project Controls Manager within the IPM team to manage scope, planning, risks, quality, information and performance on complex infrastructure programs.

You will work on projects under HWBP, WFD/KRW, PAGW, and large earthworks, collaborating with the Project Manager, Technical Manager, Contract Manager and Stakeholder Manager to ensure controlled outcomes.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or related field.
• > At least 8 years of experience on complex infrastructure projects.
• > Experience within Integrated Project Management (IPM) organisations.
• > Experience with project controls in flood protection, hydraulic engineering, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
• > Knowledge of Systems Engineering, risk management, quality management, and planning & scheduling management.
• > Experience with Relatics, Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar systems.
• > Familiarity with UAV-GC contracts, alliance contracts, and two-phase contract models.

• > Manage and control scope, planning, risks, quality, information, and performance.
• > Ensure projects are delivered under control throughout the lifecycle.
• > Bridge project strategy and execution within IPM.
• > Provide reliable management information and effective control mechanisms.
• > Advise Project Manager on project controls, governance, and performance management.
