Job summary

project44 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Customer Experience Team within Professional Services. You will lead end-to-end customer implementations, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while maximizing customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Engineering, Product, and Support to govern and deliver across all project phases, with occasional regional presence and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management roles.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and software delivery.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of customer implementations from post-sale handover to Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead project governance, risk management, budget control, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solutions Architects, Engineering, Product, Support) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive Go-Live planning, cutover coordination, and post-launch validation.
• Oversee Hypercare and transition to Customer Success for long-term account stability.
