Job summary

OCI Nitrogen is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting professional to coordinate and execute the periodic closing process, analyze financial information, and consolidate entities within the OCI Nitrogen Group. You will lead tax accounting and reporting activities, including VAT and corporate income tax compliance, acting as a trusted sparring partner to the Manager Accounting & Reporting.

Qualifications

At least seven years of accounting & reporting experience in an international corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, Dutch GAAP, statutory reporting, consolidation and external audits.
Experience using SAP FICO, SAP BPC and HFM/Hyperion.
Proficient in Dutch and English, capable of clear communication at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end balance sheets and P&L for multiple entities across jurisdictions.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities and consolidation submissions.
Act as SME for IFRS and Dutch GAAP, with technical accounting memos and position papers.
Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and VAT/indirect tax activities.
Partner with Business Control, Treasury, Tax, Supply Chain and Commercial to provide accounting guidance.
Drive finance transformation, reporting optimization, SAP FICO/BPC, HFM/Hyperion, Power BI, automation initiatives.
Coach accounting team members and act as deputy for Manager Accounting & Reporting.
