Job summary

Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) invites applications for a leading researcher role in Integrated Circuits, focusing on energy-efficient IF signal conditioning and RF/mixed-signal IC design within a collaborative environment.

The candidate will guide research, secure funding, publish widely, and contribute to teaching across BSc/MSc programs, while supervising PhD and MSc students in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering with strong background in analog/RF/mixed-signal IC design.
  • Proven ability to translate research into technological innovation and to lead research programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the IC group research line focusing on IF section of communication and sensing systems.
  • Collaborate across IC group and other EE research groups for cross-domain innovation.
  • Translate research outcomes into tech transfer with industry partners.
  • Teach Bachelor's and Master's courses and develop curricula.
  • Supervise PhD, EngD, MSc, and BSc students.
  • Acquire national and European funding (e.g., NWO, Horizon Europe, ERC).
  • Strengthen international visibility via publications and networks.
  • Contribute to academic leadership and departmental initiatives.
