Job summary

Eindhoven University of Technology is seeking a distinguished researcher to lead the Integrated Circuits group, specializing in IF circuits for wireless and sensing systems. The role blends advanced IC design, education, and strategic collaboration with industry, national, and European partners.

The successful candidate will supervise PhD and MSc students, secure competitive funding, and contribute to building TU/e’s international reputation in semiconductor research and IC innovation.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering with proven expertise in analog/RF/mixed-signal IC design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IC group's research line focusing on the IF section of communication and sensing systems.
• Collaborate across IC group and other EE groups to foster cross-domain innovation.
• Translate research outcomes into technological innovation with industrial partners.
• Teach Bachelor’s and Master’s courses and supervise PhD/EngD/MSc/BSc students.
• Acquire research funding from national and European programs (NWO, Horizon Europe, ERC).
• Enhance international visibility through publications and conferences.
