Job summary

MRP Group is seeking two Senior IAM Engineers/Consultants to support a large-scale IAM environment in Gelderland. You will manage the existing NetIQ IAM platform and assist in migrating to a new IAM tooling solution.

The role requires 7+ years in IAM, strong OpenText/NetIQ experience, and fluency in Dutch, with hybrid on-prem/cloud considerations. This is a 12-month contract with extension potential, based in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IAM, integration and identity provisioning experience.
• 7+ years hands-on with OpenText / Micro Focus / NetIQ Identity Manager.
• Strong experience with LDAP, SOAP, REST, JDBC, SCIM and event-driven architectures.
• 7+ years with SAP HCM as HR source for NetIQ IAM.
• Experience in large enterprise environments with 25,000+ identities and 100+ applications.
• Fluent Dutch, spoken and written.

About the Role:

We are looking for 2 Senior IAM Engineers / Consultants to support a large-scale IAM environment in Gelderland.

You will be responsible for managing the existing NetIQ IAM platform while supporting the organisation's migration to a new IAM tooling solution.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of IAM, integration and identity provisioning experience
• 7+ years hands-on experience with OpenText / Micro Focus / NetIQ Identity Manager
• Strong experience with eDirectory, iManager, SSPR, Identity Governance, RBPM, DriverSets, DirXML and ECMA
• 7+ years working with SAP HCM as an HR source for NetIQ IAM
• Experience in large enterprise environments with 25,000+ identities and 100+ applications
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, SOAP, REST, JDBC, SCIM and event-driven architectures
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Experience with hybrid on-premises and cloud environments
• Fluent Dutch, spoken and written

Technical & Professional Knock-out Requirements

• Education & Language: Higher Professional Education (HBO/WO) working level in IT; fluent in spoken and written Dutch.
• Integration Experience: Minimum 7 years of work experience with integration software and identity/access provisioning pipelines.
• NetIQ / MicroFocus Tooling: Minimum 7 years hands-on experience designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and managing.
• Scale & Ecosystem: Minimum 7 years of experience in environments with 25,000+ identities, multiple HR source systems, 100+ connected target applications, and hybrid on-premise/cloud setups.
• SAP HCM: Minimum 7 years of experience implementing OpenText NetIQ Identity Manager using SAP HCM as the HR source system.
• Protocols & Cloud: Minimum 7 years with LDAP, SOAP, REST, JDBC, SCIM, and event-driven architectures/message queues; minimum 5 years with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Active Directory.
