Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment is partnering with a Netherlands-based energy organisation to hire an IAM Consultant in Zwolle. The role offers up to €110k OTE and concentrates on IAM, RBAC, PAM, OMADA, Entra ID and CyberArk within the CISO office.

You lead stakeholder interviews, map roles and privileged accounts, and translate business needs into IAM requirements, identities, and governance. Some projects may cover CIAM or PAM. Dutch at B2/C1+ is required and Scrum/SAFe experience is preferred.

IAM Consultant | Zwolle | €80–105k OTE | Help secure the most vital energy infrastructure in the Netherlands | IAM, RBAC, PAM, OMADA, Entra ID, CyberArk

Do you want to be part of an organization with a huge budget for security, a serious security roadmap, and a role in one of the most tangible sectors in the Netherlands?

My client is an in-house energy facilitator in the Netherlands. They are responsible for delivering the core infrastructure for the power grid. With rising tensions around physical and cyber-attacks, security has become one of the core responsibilities for this organization. The IT and Digital team is about 1,100 people in size, and you will become part of the CISO office, consisting of 17 people: 5 business consultants, administrators, an IAM architect, a product owner, and the team manager.

IAM plays a vital part in this organization and requires special attention, which means interesting projects on the roadmap too: creating a strong PAM strategy, improving monitoring, NIS2 certification, and building and improving RBAC.

Your role:

In the role of Senior Business Consultant IAM, you get the chance to take the lead in gathering critical information from business stakeholders. This includes understanding their business needs, understanding what roles exist within their teams, and bringing clarity to the differentiation between privileged accounts. You'll design identities, authorizations, processes, and governance. In doing so, you'll be the link between the business and the technical team, translating business needs into functional requirements and advising on IAM processes. Alongside this, and tailored to your specific experience and interests, you'll take on new projects, for example around CIAM or PAM. This work supports the Security/IT team in building the necessary solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years working as a business consultant, including 3+ years in IAM
• Experience with OMADA, CyberArk, Okta
• Dutch at B2/C1+ level required
• Experience working with Scrum or SAFe
