Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HSE supervision in high-risk industries.
• MVK Certification and VCA VOL are mandatory.
• Experience with contractor management and field safety supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform site HSE supervision during operations, maintenance and projects.
• Lead safety inspections, LMRA/TRA/JSAs, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and site procedures.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety reporting.
• Maintain records and prepare periodic HSE reports.
• Promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
