Mars Veterinary Health Europe is seeking a Senior Health & Safety, Risk & Security Manager to lead the development and implementation of H&S, fire, risk and security strategies across a multi-country veterinary network. You will shape our compliance framework, drive practical improvement programs, and partner with senior leaders and operations to elevate safety culture and ownership across the network.

The role includes delivering ISO 45001-aligned systems, traveling ~20% with regular Amsterdam

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a multi-site health and safety role.
• Native-level Dutch language proficiency (written and spoken) alongside fluent business English.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time across Central Europe, with a regular presence in the Amsterdam office.
• NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent) and Tech IOSH membership.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
