Job summary

Rituals is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the trusted HR advisor for the Finance line of business. Based at our Amsterdam Central Head Office, you will translate strategic goals into practical people solutions and strengthen the Finance organization through transformation and day-to-day HR topics.

You will support leaders, embed Rituals’ culture, manage organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and HR data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner for Finance, advising CFO and Finance MT on org design, performance, talent and change management.
• Shape and execute HR strategy for Finance aligned with Rituals HR agenda.
• Translate people insights and HR data into actions and implement HR policies across Finance.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver integrated HR support.
