Job summary

Exact is expanding its international HR footprint and seeks a Senior HR Operations & Integration Specialist to shape the future of our HR operations. You will drive cross-country process improvements, automation initiatives and system enhancements to support growth and integration of acquired businesses.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal and Finance, ensuring consistent employee experiences while maintaining compliance and data quality across regions.

Qualifications

• Own and improve core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Drive automation, standardization and process optimization initiatives.
• Lead HR Operations improvement projects and system enhancements.
• Support M&A integrations, including process alignment and data migration.
• Improve HR data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Advise managers, employees and HR colleagues on HR Operations topics.
• Ensure compliance, consistency and operational excellence across countries.
