Job summary

Dover Corporation's OPW division is seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive HR strategy across the Europe region, partnering with local and regional teams. The role focuses on talent development, workforce planning, and HR operations aligned with global policy, while navigating multiple sites in the Netherlands and broader Europe.

Ideal candidates have experience with US-owned businesses, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English (Dutch preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or business administration.
• 5–7 years of global HRBP or HR Manager experience preferred.
• Experience with US-owned businesses strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership teams across multiple locations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and functional support across multiple locations and business units.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession, and development initiatives.
• Lead talent mobility, leadership development, and organizational design efforts.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, recruitment, compensation, promotions, and performance management.
• Support global mobility and ensure alignment of policies across regions.
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with company guidelines and local labor laws.
