Job summary

WestPoint Search is seeking a Lead HR Buyer to own the HR procurement category during a transformation. You will lead strategic sourcing, shape category strategy and negotiate commercial agreements to maximize value across HR services and related procurement, working closely with HR leadership and stakeholders.

You will partner with HR and business units, manage supplier relationships across regions, and drive cost optimisation while ensuring compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement category management with HR services knowledge
• Proven track record developing sourcing strategies and leading negotiations
• Experience with temporary labour, MSPs and company car procurement
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder credibility
• Strategic thinker with attention to delivery and detail
• Willingness to travel to sites in NL and Belgium

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR category strategies across temp labour, recruitment agencies, MSPs and related HR services
• Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier selections and commercial negotiations
• Partner with HR stakeholders and business units to translate workforce needs into sourcing strategies
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs balancing cost, service quality and business requirements
• Build and manage supplier relationships across regions, ensuring commitments are met
• Drive value through cost optimisation and improved procurement processes
• Monitor supplier performance, address issues and identify continuous improvement
• Stay close to labour market developments and ensure staffing agreements meet legal requirements
