Job summary

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Global Category Manager for HR to spearhead strategic procurement across contingent labour, recruitment, and HR services on a global scale. You will partner with senior leaders to shape category strategies and deliver high-impact sourcing initiatives.

You will influence international stakeholders, drive governance, and lead cross-market supplier negotiations, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance. Fluency in English is essential, Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic procurement and global category management across HR spend.
• Experience managing HR-related categories: contingent labour, recruitment, RPO/MSP, executive search, learning & development, HR services.
• Excellent negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing category strategies across multiple international markets.
• Ability to influence in a complex, matrix organisation.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies across HR and Professional Services spend.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across contingent workforce, recruitment, RPO/MSP, executive search, learning & development and consultancy services.
• Partner with senior HR, Finance and business stakeholders across international markets.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations, contract management and strategic supplier relationship initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, supplier consolidation and improved commercial performance.
• Drive procurement transformation, strengthening global category governance and sourcing best practices.
• Collaborate with regional procurement teams to ensure alignment of global strategies with local business requirements.
