TCR Group is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead a global, multi-category procurement function. You will own group strategy across GSE, spare parts, IT services, facilities and logistics, coordinating with country Managing Directors, and reporting to the COO.

Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential for this strategic, senior role. The position is based in a flexible European setting (Madrid, Schiphol, London or Brussels) with a focus on international remote working arrangements

Qualifications

10+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing.
At least 3 years in a senior/leadership role.
Experience in multi-country or group-level environments is a strong plus.
Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

Define and drive TCR's group procurement strategy across all spend categories.
Build and develop procurement organisation and capabilities; define operating model and skills as the function matures.
Lead negotiations on high-value contracts with GSE, spare parts, IT services, facilities, logistics and insurance providers.
Drive total value via cost of ownership, cost avoidance, working capital and terms.
Govern procurement governance standards and policy across the group; ensure spend visibility and compliance.
