Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or Spatial Design (Bachelors or Masters).
- 10+ years in architecture or spatial design with healthcare projects.
- Knowledge of construction, healthcare planning and clinical workflows.
- Strong visualization and communication skills; proficient in industry tools.
- Proficiency in English; other languages advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop differentiated design strategies across project scales in healthcare.
- Create design concepts, floor plans and documentation with clear visuals.
- Understand clinical workflows and translate into spatial decisions.
- Collaborate across disciplines to integrate client requirements.
