Qualifications

• Lead engineer role across multiple domains with 3+ years experience.
• MSc in Systems Engineering or related field.
• Experience in medical consumer product development and regulatory design controls (FDA, ISO 13485, EUMDR).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to develop IPL technologies from concept to implementation.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to provide integrated solutions.
• Maintain traceability in the V-model from high-level requirements to designs and verification.
• Support continuous improvement in Systems Engineering, incl. MBSE and SAFE Agile.
• Travel 10-20% within the Netherlands and abroad to partner sites.
