Job summary

Nebius B.V. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own analytics from data modelling to stakeholder delivery. You will partner with SWE, SRE, and frontend teams to surface actionable insights that scale our hardware fleet and automate operations.

You will drive data pipelines, build dashboards, and quantify the impact of automation while ensuring data quality and clear communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL — production-quality code.
• Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards for engineering/operations teams.
• Experience owning analytical projects end-to-end: data modelling to stakeholder delivery.
• Solid grounding in statistics: descriptive analytics, hypothesis testing, regression.
• Strong attention to data quality and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects end-to-end: scoping, data modelling, delivery, and iteration.
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Design and implement dashboards for visibility into fleet health, utilisation, capacity, and automation coverage.
• Analyse telemetry and operational data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Quantify automation impact and model scenarios to guide prioritisation.
• Collaborate with HW RnD, IT Operations, DC Operations, Logistics, and other teams to align metrics and present results clearly.
• Uphold analytical best practices with documentation, metric definitions, and code reviews.
