Job summary
Aurelius in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to join the Growth Investments team. You will work closely with experienced investment professionals on the full deal lifecycle—from origination and due diligence through to value creation and exit.
You will take responsibility for your own workstreams at an early stage and help us build and scale leading mid-market companies across Europe. You will manage your own workstreams, contribute to financing strategies, and collaborate
Qualifications
- Three to five years in Investment Banking, M&A, management consulting or private equity with mid-market focus.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; solid MS-Office skills.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of business models and development of growth strategies.
- Assistance in negotiating and completing transactions.
- Conduct due diligence activities and analysis of company data.
- Preparation of integrated financial models.
- Formulating strategic concepts and company evaluations.
- Planning and realization of financing strategies and refinancing.
