Job summary

Coda is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer in Amsterdam to join our Content Team. You’ll create digital marketing campaigns and storefront assets, translating ideas into visuals at scale, and collaborating with CRM, Paid, UX, and development teams.

You will shape brand visuals across B2C storefronts, bring fresh thinking, and execute with polish for global audiences. A fast-moving environment and proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio.
• Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, composition, and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable with Google Workspace.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to work fast in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with motion design or illustration is a bonus.
• Familiarity with design systems or component libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and storefront assets, from initial concept to polished deliverable.
• Produce visually appealing work that aligns with company objectives and enhances our brand across platforms.
• Explore multiple creative directions through sketching, moodboards, and rapid visual concepting, then refine strongest ideas.
• Build and document reusable templates and design guidelines for consistency at scale.
• Contribute to global asset libraries and ensure scalable design across platforms.
• Partner with CRM and Paid teams to support visual strategy behind channels.
• Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, UX designers, and developers to execute projects end-to-end.
• Stay on top of design trends, tools, and techniques; share learnings with team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and iterate quickly.
