Ideal candidates have deep Golang, Kubernetes, Linux, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and automation expertise, with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/platform engineering experience.
• Strong Golang development expertise.
• Deep Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Linux, networking, IaC, CI/CD, and automation.
• Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, automated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate Kubernetes-based platform services using Golang.
• Build secure, scalable, and resilient container platform capabilities for application teams.
• Develop automation for platform operations, deployments, and lifecycle management.
