Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years experience developing load balancing software, preferably with Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architecture of our enterprise-grade load balancer.
• Lead design of data plane, control plane and orchestration for scalable, HA traffic in Kubernetes.
• Guide team through decisions, reviews, and performance/security optimizations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customers to align tech with business goals.
• Uphold engineering best practices, code quality, and operational excellence.
