Job summary

Super is seeking a skilled SRE/infra engineer to own the cloud efficiency roadmap across Europe. You will collaborate with FinOps to implement changes, identify architectural cost optimizations, and drive Kubernetes efficiency at scale.

The role requires deep experience with large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure-as-code practices. Join a global technology group delivering entertainment and fan-centric experiences, with offices across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

Strong SRE or infra engineering background in production.
Proven cloud cost optimization at scale across workloads and services.
Proficient with infrastructure as code and AWS.
Familiar with data stores and related architectures (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka).

Responsibilities

Own the cloud efficiency roadmap end to end: identify high-leverage opportunities, coordinate with owning teams, and execute.
Partner with FinOps to turn findings into implemented changes and feed engineering insights back.
Surface architectural mismatches that cause inefficiencies beyond billing analysis.
Own commitment and purchasing strategy (Savings Plans, Reserved Instances) with Platform and FinOps.
Improve guardrails, automation, and cost attribution enabling teams to see and own spend.
Drive Kubernetes efficiency at scale: resource hygiene, bin-packing, autoscaling, and right-sizing across clusters.
