Progressive is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer for a Life Science GMP manufacturing environment in the Netherlands. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, and support validation and calibration programs.

This hands-on role requires experience with CMMS, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate across Production, Quality, and Engineering teams, especially during planned shutdowns and investigations.

Formación

• HBO degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and support root cause investigations.
• Perform inspections and calibration activities.
• Support planned shutdowns and maintenance interventions.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Support validation activities and maintain accurate GMP documentation.
• Help manage spare parts and maintenance records within the CMMS.
