Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leiden seeks a Compliance Improvement Lead to own and drive GMP remediation and improvement plans. The role includes back-office support, training development, and acting as a senior consultant to guide the wider organization.

You will work with a core team and impact about 1,000 people across Operations and Quality, delivering structured improvement plans and measurable compliance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/HBO degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in GMP-regulated pharma/biopharma.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate compliance gaps into remediation actions and projects.
• Prioritise activities based on quality risk and impact.
• Drive remediation from identification to sustainable closure.
• Support Operations in GMP adherence and procedures updates.
• Develop clear GMP training and awareness activities as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional remediation with Operations and QA.
