Swift is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology to join our EMEA & Americas Talent Acquisition team. Our team operates across Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States, supporting recruitment across Europe, the Middle East & Africa and the Americas.

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting Technology/IT across EMEA.
• Strong interviewing abilities: structured/competency-based.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers in Technology and IT.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to preboarding.
• Recruit across software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, DevOps.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for active and passive talent.
• Provide consultative advice to hiring managers and use market insights.
• Conduct structured interviews and support objective decisions.
• Manage offers and employment contracts to meet needs.
• Use recruitment data to monitor activity and inform decisions.
• Lead regional and global Talent Acquisition projects.
