Job summary

adidas is seeking a Senior Manager for Content Systems & AI Production Workflows to oversee strategy, governance, and high-volume AI-enabled content production across eCommerce, retail, social, CRM, and partner channels.

You will lead prompt design, evaluation, and scalable workflows, partnering with creative, digital commerce, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale content with quality and compliance in mind.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital/tech/content production environments.
• Deep expertise in generative AI, content production workflows, and enterprise-scale AI.
• Experience designing prompting methodologies, libraries, templates, and evaluation frameworks.
• Hands-on with image and video generation platforms mentioned in the role.
• Knowledge of model optimization, LoRA, and prompt architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the AI production roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Design scalable prompting frameworks and reusable templates for quality outputs.
• Build and optimize AI-powered production workflows with governance controls.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and select tools for production.
• Establish standards to measure AI quality, consistency, and impact.
• Drive adoption of GenAI workflows for high-volume content across channels.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate AI capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI production specialists.
• Governance, compliance, and risk management for AI outputs.
• Maintain brand standards and regulatory alignment in outputs.
