Job summary

adidas is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Content Systems & AI Production Workflows, shaping AI-enabled content production at enterprise scale across eCommerce, retail, social, CRM, and partner channels.

You will define prompting standards, evaluation frameworks, and scalable production systems, partnering with creative, digital commerce, operations, engineering, and platform teams to deliver high-quality content efficiently and at global scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience spanning digital, technology, or content production environments.
• Deep expertise in generative AI systems and production workflows.
• Strong experience designing prompting methodologies and evaluation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with image generation platforms and video generation tools.
• Proven leadership in managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business and creative language.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the AI production roadmap aligned with content priorities and operations.
• Design scalable prompting frameworks, libraries, and templates for consistent outputs.
• Build and optimize AI-powered production workflows with automation and human review.
• Evaluate AI technologies and recommend tools, models, and orchestration approaches.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI production specialists and establish governance.
