Job summary

NEP Group Inc. in Hilversum is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer who focuses on React-based UI and the services behind our TFC platform. You’ll stay hands-on across the stack while guiding technical decisions and mentoring teammates.

You’ll collaborate with offshore teams, shape a scalable frontend architecture, ensure production readiness, and deliver reliable, observable software for live productions. Hybrid work requires 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and supporting production software with strong UX judgment.
• Strong React and modern JavaScript skills delivering responsive interfaces.
• Experience shaping a design system or shared UI patterns.
• Fullstack experience delivering APIs, data flows, and user-facing features.
• Experience leading technical decisions and coordinating with offshore teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align stakeholders.
• Expertise in AI-assisted development and evaluating tools.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams across locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve accessible, responsive React interfaces for TFC workflows used by engineers and operators.
• Deliver fullstack features across the UI, APIs, services, data flows, and integrations while keeping the backend language open.
• Shape maintainable frontend architecture, component patterns, and state management as the product grows.
• Translate ambiguous product and operational needs into clear options, technical decisions, and incremental delivery plans.
• Set a high bar for code quality, testing, accessibility, performance, security, and production readiness.
• Work closely with Product, design, engineering, and operational stakeholders, including offshore colleagues; manage dependencies and shared outcomes.
• Facilitate technical discussions, document decisions and trade-offs, and close disagreements with a clear path forward.
• Review code and designs to improve correctness and maintainability; mentor teammates and increase the team’s autonomy.
• Use AI-assisted tools to explore options, plan, implement, and review work; verify generated output and remain accountable for everything shipped.
• Challenge assumptions respectfully, champion useful innovation, and inspire teammates to improve the way the team develops software.
