Job summary

Svitla Systems Inc. in the Netherlands is looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with Python/LLM to join a full-time role (40 hours/week) on Noa, an AI-powered recruiting product.

You will work on building features, improving AI capabilities, and integrating with Salesforce and ATS platforms, with a hybrid work model 2-3 days per week. The position involves collaborating with a small engineering team to rapidly develop new solutions and maintain existing production systems.
