Qualifications

• Bachelor or master in accounting, finance or business.
• Minimum 5 years of auditing experience in a firm, FS preferred.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Professional accounting qualification (RA/CA/CPA/ACA/ACCA) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee complex audit procedures for Financial Services clients.
• Lead and develop a team of audit professionals, providing resources and growth opportunities.
• Foster client relationships to deliver tailored assurance services and drive growth.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements to enhance revenue and value.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to maintain advisory credibility.
