Dyflexis is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to shape our workforce management software used by millions daily. You’ll work in a squad with a PO, UX designer, and engineers, building features with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js.

We operate in six-week cycles, deliver high-quality code, and continuously improve our customer support experience. Join a fast-paced team with ownership and no unnecessary meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Strong grasp of modern frontend development principles, including writing CSS from scratch.
• Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues.

Requirements

This is what you'll do

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Dyflexis, you'll work on our workforce management software used by over a million people every day, covering time tracking, shift swapping, and everything in between. You'll join a squad with a Product Owner, a UX designer, and other engineers, building features with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js. We work in six-week cycles: build for six weeks, then take two weeks to gather feedback, fix what's off, and plan the next cycle.

This is what you'll need

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and Vue.js
• Strong grasp of modern frontend development principles, including writing CSS from scratch
• Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling
• Comfortable working autonomously, no hand-holding needed, and delivering within agreed timeframes
• Strong communication skills in English, able to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues
• Bonus points for mobile app experience (Ionic, Capacitor, Cordova), feature-sliced design, Tanstack Query, or Vitest
