Dyflexis is expanding its engineering team in the Netherlands. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who works across Vue.js3 front-end and PHP8/Symfony back-end to unblock features for millions of users.

Join a squad with a Product Owner, UX designer, and fellow engineers; expect six-week cycles, a fast-paced vibe, and ownership of end-to-end features from idea to release.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a senior Full Stack Developer, across frontend and backend.
• Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js3, PHP 8 (Symfony), and MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git (GitLab or GitHub), Docker, and automated testing.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and performance optimisation.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to switch between frontend and backend as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build features end-to-end across Vue.js3 and PHP8/Symfony depending on what's blocking the squad.
• Design technical solutions with engineers, product owner, designer, and UX colleagues.
• Review merge requests, provide feedback, and keep performance and security in mind.
• Maintain awareness of the bigger product direction to prevent drift.

We're expanding the engineering team and need a Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP & Vue.js) who moves across the stack and unblocks whatever's stuck, frontend or backend.

This is what you'll do

You'll join a project squad, consisting of a Product Owner, UX designer, and fellow engineers, and move across the stack as the work demands it. One day you're deep in a Vue.js3 component, the next you're in PHP8 and MySQL sorting out the backend logic that's blocking the Frontend team. Your job isn't to pick a lane; it's to keep features moving from idea to release for over a million users.

You'll start on tickets, get to know the codebase and how we work, then move onto full projects. We build in six-week cycles, followed by two weeks to reflect and reset. Join early, question assumptions, stay close to the team throughout.

• Build features end-to-end across Vue.js3 and PHP8/Symfony depending on what's blocking the squad
• Design technical solutions with your fellow engineers, product owner, designer, and UX colleagues
• Review merge requests. Give direct feedback. Take it well too. Keep performance and security front of mind: measure it, flag issues, and propose alternatives when something's off
• Keep sight of the bigger picture: understand what you're building and why, so your work never drifts from where the product is headed

This is what you'll need

• 5+ years of experience as a senior Full Stack Developer, equally comfortable working across frontend and backend code. Bonus: B2B, SaaS, or HR-tech background.
• Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js3, PHP 8 (Symfony), and MySQL
• Comfortable with Git (GitLab or GitHub), Docker, and automated testing
• A solid grip on security best practices, and the ability to measure and optimise performance
• A problem-solving mindset, active listening, and the adaptability to switch between frontend and backend as a project need
