Job summary

Nmbrs BV in Rotterdam seeks a Senior Front-end Developer to strengthen the technical foundation of our engineering department. You will build internal tools, integrations and front-end architecture with a focus on speed, security and scalability, collaborating with backend engineers and other teams.

You’ll own the front-end architecture of our internal platform, guide others, and help shape the technical direction while delivering robust, maintainable code in a Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Vue.js expertise.
• Experience with API integrations (HTTP, REST).
• Experience in Scrum environments.
• Solid front-end testing experience (Jest).
• Commitment to Clean Code and maintainable design.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build new components and pages in Vue.js and create robust data interfaces.
• Refactor and optimize existing front-end codebases for speed and maintainability.
• Lead front-end feature lifecycle, solving bottlenecks and ensuring quality.
• Build and refine internal tools and processes to help other teams.
• Write readable, performant code and shape technical direction in frontend meetings.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and share best practices.
