Senior FPSO Contract Manager – Offshore Projects

Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment seeks an experienced Contract Manager to join a Rotterdam project team, supporting the delivery of a major turnkey FPSO in the oil & gas sector. The role is a long-term contract with high exposure to client, supply chain, and subcontract management within an international project environment.

Working pattern is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. You will lead contract administration, variations, claims, and negotiations, and help establish robust contract

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in Contract Management, preferably within Oil & Gas.
• Experience on turnkey/EPC FPSO or offshore oil & gas projects.
• Experience managing variations, claims, contractual risk and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and compliance.
• Experience with multidisciplinary project teams in complex environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contract law principles; arbitration or litigation experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contract management & administration across client, supply chain and subcontracts.
• Ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain records of contracts, notices, claims and supporting evidence.
• Monitor deliverables, milestones, payment requirements, bonds, guarantees and risks.
• Provide contractual guidance and support to the project team.
• Support negotiations with clients, vendors and subcontractors; develop negotiation strategies.
• Establish and maintain contract management systems, registers and reporting processes.
• Lead contract close-out, final accounts, and warranty matters.
• Provide pre-contract input into contract and subcontract drafting and finalisation.
