Job summary

Qabird in Rotterdam is seeking a Contract Manager who will provide support for less complex projects and aid Senior CMs on major projects. Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management, particularly in EPCI/subcontract management.

The successful candidate will manage Main Contracts, ensure compliance, provide contract feedback, and maintain clear record-keeping of all dealings. A degree or MBA in a relevant field is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management including EPCI and subcontract management.
• Broad experience in sales and lease contracts, and executing contract negotiation.
• Experience with project execution interface.

Responsibilities

• Manage Main Contracts and expedite contract deliverables.
• Monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure commercial and contractual awareness across the Project Team.
• Achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial dealings.
• Provide Contract Feedback during the life of the project.
• Ensure Guarantee period management.
