Randstad Professional is seeking a visionary Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive large-scale transformations for a global food sector client in Hoofddorp. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, partnering across operations, supply chain, IT, HR, and Shared Services to deliver cost savings and optimize project milestones.

You will advise senior leadership with actionable insights, manage financial reporting for transformation initiatives, and lead change management

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in FP&A within international FMCG/manufacturing or complex corporate environment.
• Experience evaluating CapEx, business cases, and financial risks in transformation contexts.
• Proficiency with financial reporting systems like Magnitude and ERP/CPM tools; knowledge of accounting standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and dynamic financial modeling; monitor variances and take corrective actions.
• Evaluate capital investments (CapEx) across manufacturing plants; manage financial risks with sensitivity analyses.
